Where I Ship

I currently ship to Europe and the United States.

About My Pendants

Every pendant is handcrafted by me personally. I take pride in creating each piece with care and attention to detail.

Processing Time

  • USA orders: After I craft your pendant, it's fulfilled and shipped by Amazon - typically within 1-2 business days
  • European orders: I craft and ship these myself from Estonia

If I have your pendant in stock, I'll ship within 2-3 business days. If I need to make it for you, please allow up to 10 business days for crafting before shipping.

Shipping Methods and Times

United States (via Amazon Fulfillment):

  • 3-5 business days (standard shipping)
  • Faster options may be available at checkout

Europe (shipped from Estonia):

  • Estonia: 2-5 business days after your pendant is ready
  • Other European countries: 5-10 business days after your pendant is ready

These are estimates - actual delivery times may vary depending on local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. I try to keep costs as reasonable as possible while ensuring your pendant arrives safely.

Tracking

Once your order ships, I'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. If you have any questions about your shipment, just reach out!

Customs and Duties

For orders to the United States, customs fees are typically not an issue since items are fulfilled domestically by Amazon. For European orders outside Estonia, you may occasionally be responsible for customs fees or taxes, though this is rare within the EU.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me at sevjewl@gmail.com right away with photos (if damaged). I'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means filing a claim or sending a replacement.
