Hi there! Thanks for shopping at Foundry Tales. I'm committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your pendant, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. I understand that sometimes things just don't work out, so I accept returns as long as the item is in its original packaging and in resellable condition.

To start a return, just send me an email at sevjewl@gmail.com with your order number and let me know why you'd like to return it. I'll get back to you quickly with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once I receive your returned item and confirm it's in resellable condition, I'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your pendant arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact me right away at sevjewl@gmail.com with photos of the issue. I'll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Your satisfaction is important to me!

Exchanges

Need a different item? No problem! Just return your original purchase following the process above, and place a new order for what you'd like instead.
